What you will do
- Set up, execute, and analyze molecular dynamics simulations for organic systems.
- Develop and apply methods for analyzing simulation data and molecular properties.
- Apply statistical and machine-learning-based methods to scientific simulation data.
- Automate simulation, data-processing, and analysis workflows using Python and Linux.
- Run computationally intensive simulations in high-performance computing environments.
- Collaborate with experts in computational chemistry and data-driven materials research.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, physics, materials science, computational science, or a related field.
- Experience with molecular dynamics simulations and an interest in molecular and materials modeling.
- Good programming skills in Python and experience with Linux-based environments.
- Familiarity with statistical and machine-learning-based data analysis for scientific simulation data.
- Good English skills required.

- Experience with high-performance computing systems and computationally intensive applications.
- Knowledge of commonly used molecular dynamics simulation software.
