VP of Central Eastern Europe

Location: Śrem, Greater Poland, Poland; ideally Poland, with candidates based elsewhere in Central Eastern Europe considered.

What you will do

• Lead the businesses across Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Romania.
• Own the region’s commercial performance, operational effectiveness, strategic direction, and P&L results.
• Develop a coordinated regional strategy and strengthen collaboration across the region.
• Drive sustainable revenue and profit growth, expand market share, and explore adjacent channels.
• Build customer and manufacturing partner relationships while improving operational and organisational effectiveness.
• Develop employee engagement, leadership capability, and high-performing teams across multiple geographies.

Requirements

• Significant senior leadership experience with full P&L responsibility.
• Experience leading multi-country regional operations within a matrix organisation.
• Track record of commercial growth in distribution, healthcare, or an adjacent sector.
• Strong understanding of distribution-led business models and the animal-health landscape, including pharmaceuticals and nutrition manufacturing partners.
• Strategic thinking combined with strong operational execution and customer focus.
• Experience leading, developing, and inspiring teams across multiple geographies.
