Manufacturing Planning (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Manage manufacturing backlogs and shipments to support on-time delivery and shipment revenue plans.
• Liaise with production planning teams on backlog schedules based on material availability.
• Support manufacturing test-out plans and KPI targets.
• Coordinate OSAT testing, MO and marking issuance, and backlog shipment fulfilment.
• Track test WIP and coordinate disposition with planning, production, and engineering teams.
• Participate in problem-solving, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree or bachelor's qualification in business administration, manufacturing, supply chain management, business, or a related field.
• More than 2 years of experience as a manufacturing planner or production control specialist is preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of supply chain management, test capacity, and OEE is advantageous.
• Strong coordination and teamwork skills, including collaboration with shop-floor personnel, suppliers, and cross-functional departments.
• Basic Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and macros; Power Query, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI are advantageous.
