Founder's Office Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Identify and validate high-impact business opportunities to build new product verticals within Beam.
• Lead projects from concept through execution, including business strategy, product development, and GTM planning.
• Design and deploy end-to-end AI agents and workflow automations to solve complex business challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across GTM, Engineering, and Business Development.
• Research and implement emerging AI technologies to drive innovation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in high-growth tech startups, top-tier strategy consulting, or investment banking.
• Exceptional analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage projects from idea through execution.
• Strong ownership mentality and a bias for action in ambiguous environments.
• Passion for AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience building AI agents or workflow automations using tools like n8n, Make, Zapier, or Relevance AI.
• Experience with prompt engineering or LLM-powered applications.
• Basic programming knowledge in Python or JavaScript.
• Previous experience in a founder's office, venture studio, or innovation role.
