What you will do
- Develop and review frontend code focused on quality, maintainability, and engineering excellence.
- Build and maintain in-house insurance products primarily with Angular.
- Collaborate with requirements engineers, QA specialists, product owners, and other application engineers.
- Contribute to architecture decisions and technical documentation.
- Integrate messaging systems, BPMN workflows, logging frameworks, telemetry solutions, and shared platforms.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and Generative AI developments to improve solutions.
Requirements
- Software development experience across the full delivery lifecycle.
- Strong Angular, HTML, and CSS skills.
- Experience building or packaging modules with Webpack, Node, or Browserify.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and strong understanding of RESTful APIs, OpenAPI, and Swagger.
- Comfort working primarily in an IDE and with large, established codebases.
Nice to have
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks other than Angular.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Understanding of agile methodologies.
- Experience with test-driven development and automated testing.
