Senior Planner (Beauty)

What you will do

• Oversee demand planning, ordering, capacity management, and the in-stock function for the Beauty department.
• Produce insights and reports to support commercial decisions, revenue plans, margin targets, and procurement cycles.
• Own sales budgets, quarterly and working plans, category-level forecasts, reforecasting, and inventory planning.
• Improve inventory availability and health through forecasting, replenishment, markdown and clearance controls, returns management, and warehouse space planning.
• Drive supplier process improvement, cost reduction, automation, shorter lead times, and contribution-margin improvements.
• Lead, hire, manage, and develop a team of buying assistants while supporting operations and customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Commerce, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of commercial or retail planning experience.
• Proven experience in planning, inventory management, forecasting, spend management, OTB, margin management, and markdown controls.
• Strong numerical and analytical aptitude with experience creating and managing advanced models.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, SQL, and statistical software.
• Experience with process improvement and the ability to work across multiple departments and buying teams.
