Manager - International Real Estate Development

Location: Mexico; primarily working at hirify.global restaurants or designated field locations, with remote work permitted when not working at a hirify.global location.

Salary: MXN 843,000–1,475,000 annually.

hirify.global operates a restaurant franchise network and is expanding its international development across the Latin America and Caribbean region.

What you will do

• Drive new restaurant development across the Latin America and Caribbean region in partnership with franchisees.
• Manage site approvals, store openings, and closure approvals through the international CapCom process.
• Maintain the development pipeline, track milestones, and report progress in regional team meetings.
• Lead market mapping and identify Potential Trade Areas for long-term market development.
• Guide franchisees through market visits, site selection, planning, and project management activities.
• Coordinate with Construction, Design, and Operations from lease execution through restaurant opening.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in a corporate real estate environment.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
• Experience managing multiple tasks and projects in a collaborative environment.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, influencing, and coaching skills.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office, GIS, Oracle, and other database systems, plus regional real estate or business experience in Latin America, including South America.
