What you will do

• Translate business outcomes and stakeholder requirements into learning objectives and functional training solutions.
• Design, develop, facilitate, and deliver training programs for Asset Servicing Custody Servicing.
• Design and deliver training for existing systems and new system roll-outs.
• Develop project plans, coordinate subject matter experts, and manage multiple projects of varying complexity.
• Evaluate training programs, maintain training inventories and schedules, and recommend improvements.
• Consult with Custody Servicing management and collaborate with global training teams.

Requirements

• Three to five years of capital markets operations experience, preferably in custody servicing or similar financial services, or three to five years of training consulting experience.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with all levels of staff.
• Ability to consult with subject matter experts and translate their knowledge into step-by-step exceptions management.
• Self-starter attitude, teamwork, attention to detail, and openness to candid feedback.
• Right to work in Ireland is required; employment permit sponsorship is not available.
