Manager of Marketing Analytics (Fintech)

Location: Chicago, IL, United States

Base annual salary: $113,000–$164,887 USD, plus eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Analyze sales and marketing initiatives, operational trends, challenges, and growth opportunities.
• Present findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders, including senior leadership and non-analytical partners.
• Redefine and challenge marketing and acquisition KPIs tied to company and business-unit goals.
• Build and maintain automated reporting and dashboards for key metrics.
• Collaborate with product and operations teams on testing and experimental design.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, STEM, or another analytical field.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in marketing, product, strategy, or business analytics.
• Experience in strategy consulting, financial services, or startup environments.
• Experience analyzing data with Excel and coding in SQL.
• Ability to communicate analytical results, prioritize initiatives, and drive projects in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
