Vice President Data Operations - Transformation & Automation (AI)

What you will do

• Govern private assets, ESG, and climate data acquisition, validation, quality control, and compliance with data collection methodologies.
• Transform data operations through AI, automation, cloud-native solutions, process reengineering, and scalable Data Factory practices.
• Lead tactical automation and production implementation of next-generation workflows and data acquisition processes.
• Define metrics, monitor operational performance, identify anomalies, and use data-driven insights to improve quality, efficiency, and throughput.
• Develop strategic plans and business cases while driving continuous improvement, standardization, and change management.
• Collaborate with content, collection, engineering, research, product, and external stakeholders to define requirements and implement practical solutions.

Requirements

• 14+ years of experience in operations or team management, process optimization, design thinking, Agile, robotic process automation, project management, and change management.
• 5+ years of people management experience, including recruiting, onboarding, developing teams, and managing performance.
• Proven experience in operations transformation supported by quantitative metrics and large-scale business process reengineering.
• Hands-on experience with Python and workflow or analytics tools such as Power Automate and Power BI.
• Strong data analysis skills, including interpreting large datasets and identifying anomalies.
• Understanding of AI/ML applications in business operations and experience implementing AI-driven workflow solutions, along with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
