System Game Designer (Mid-Core Games)

Location: Remote or onsite in offices in Cyprus, Armenia, or Kazakhstan. Relocation support is available for official office locations.

What you will do

• Design systems for features, game modes, progression, rankings, and matchmaking.
• Analyze how new heroes and features affect PvP, guild wars, the in-game economy, and the game meta.
• Identify potential balance issues before release and propose solutions that protect the overall game ecosystem.
• Work with analytics, hypotheses, and post-release results.
• Own features end-to-end, from concept and requirements through launch, analysis, and future iterations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in game design.
• Strong knowledge of successful mid-core games, including battler and 4X strategy games.
