What you will do
- Supervise an engineering team designing, developing, integrating, and installing software systems to customer specifications.
- Oversee pre-sales technical support for field sales and coordinate technical, product, and engineering support functions.
- Plan and implement quality assurance procedures, investigate deviations, and define corrective measures.
- Monitor productivity, department activity, operational trends, and key performance metrics.
- Improve processes and procedures while ensuring compliance with safety, ESD, military, ISO, and other quality standards.
- Prepare, review, present, and manage statistical, financial, and operational reports.
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant work experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience coordinating and supervising technical support teams.
- Ability to travel.
- Ability to work in compliance with safety regulations, ESD requirements, and quality standards.
