Location: Melbourne, Victoria, Australia
This is a full-time, initially 2-year fixed-term contract supporting the Suburban Rail Loop East Linewide Alliance project.

is delivering design services and alliance management for major Australian infrastructure projects as part of the Linewide Alliance.
What you will do
- Coordinate multidisciplinary design packages across transport infrastructure projects.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, technical leads, contractors, and project managers.
- Monitor design progress and identify risks, issues, and delivery bottlenecks.
- Facilitate design reviews, project meetings, and follow-up actions.
- Support design documentation, project reporting, and project deliverables.
- Coordinate internal teams and external subconsultants through procurement, construction, commissioning, and project milestones.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- 3–7 years of experience in transport infrastructure, civil, or multidisciplinary engineering projects.
- Experience with road, rail, structures, utilities, or major infrastructure projects.
- Experience coordinating design teams and managing interfaces between disciplines.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, prioritization, and deadline-management skills.
- Eligibility for membership with Engineers Australia.
