What you will do

  • Develop and implement training programs and employee development strategies.
  • Create curricula, select instructors, set budgets, and coordinate training plans.
  • Manage daily training operations, including class scheduling and participant materials.
  • Review course evaluations and assess training topics and instructor effectiveness.
  • Evaluate programs against legal requirements and industry standards.
  • Research training methodologies and technologies and align programs with strategic company goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or psychology.
  • 10+ years of consultative professional training management experience in consulting, technology, SaaS, or professional services.
  • Excellent communication skills for working with employees, managers, and stakeholders.
  • Understanding of budgeting and strategic planning.
  • Outstanding time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms and learning analytics.

Nice to have

  • Experience with the Workday ecosystem.
