Product Lead (Armenia)

Location: Yerevan, Armenia. On-site, full-time.

hirify.global builds a prevention insurance product that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single user experience, serving more than 1 million members through partnerships with over 40,000 companies.

What you will do

• Build the product vision and roadmap for Armenia from the ground up.
• Understand the needs of users, healthcare providers, and local stakeholders.
• Decide what should be adapted locally and what can be built on hirify.global’s global platform.
• Work with Design, Engineering, Data, Operations, and Insurance to turn complex healthcare problems into simple product experiences.
• Guide the team from discovery through delivery, learning, and iteration.
• Build collaboration between local and global teams and establish the foundations of product development in Armenia.

Requirements

• Strong product experience, ideally including building a product or product area from zero to one.
• Strong product judgment, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution skills.
• Ability to work through ambiguity, set priorities, and make trade-offs in complex environments.
• Clear communication and the ability to align teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in healthcare, insurance, or public services is a strong advantage.
• Understanding of the Armenian context, spoken Armenian, and fluent English are required. Internal collaboration is conducted in English.
