Location: Beerse, Antwerp, Belgium; full-time, onsite manufacturing leadership role.
Base pay: €96,000–€165,025 per year, plus an annual bonus and benefits.

What you will do
- Lead day-to-day Device Assembly & Packaging operations and deliver production plans aligned with customer demand, quality standards, and regulatory expectations.
- Manage performance across safety, quality, compliance, service, cost, productivity, inventory, OEE, yield, cycle time, throughput, and manufacturing reliability.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, regulatory requirements, internal standards, and quality procedures; lead deviation, non-conformance, complaint, audit, and CAPA activities.
- Champion SHE performance, investigate safety events, and embed accountability for safe operations.
- Lead, coach, and develop supervisors, operational support staff, operators, and frontline management teams.
- Drive lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, commercialization readiness, resource planning, budgets, capital investments, and cross-functional value-stream initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, Supply Chain, or a related technical discipline.
- At least 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or other regulated manufacturing.
- At least 5 years of people leadership experience.
- Proven experience managing manufacturing operations in a cGMP-regulated environment.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing, packaging operations, quality systems, lean manufacturing, process excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrixed and global organization, with financial acumen in budgeting and cost management.
Nice to have
- Experience with device assembly, combination products, packaging, or related pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of agile manufacturing, business intelligence, change management, CMC, gap analysis, and process optimization.
