Associate Analog IC Design Engineer (Analog IC)

What you will do

• Design, debug, test, qualify, and validate new analog IC products, including op-amps, interface chips, and isolation chips.
• Use analog circuit design and verification tools to develop and verify circuits.
• Collaborate with back-end and layout designers to implement analog designs and perform post-layout simulations.
• Work with validation, ATE, test, and product engineers on laboratory chip debugging, testing, and customer support.
• Evaluate new manufacturing processes and flows and prepare block-level design specifications and design guides.
• Demonstrate compliance with chip specifications through checklists, simulations, and design reviews.

Requirements

• MSEE degree with an Electrical Engineering background or a related discipline.
• Strong fundamentals in analog IC design and basic electronic circuits, including amplifiers, filters, ADCs, and DACs.
• Understanding of the analog IC design flow.
• Strong problem-solving skills for circuit analysis and troubleshooting.
• Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Must work onsite in Tianjin, China; remote work is not available.

Nice to have

• Previous laboratory experience with circuit testing.
