What you will do
- Lead the channel marketing team for semiconductor system solutions and support team development, target setting, and resource deployment.
- Own day-to-day marketing activities for distribution partners.
- Plan co-op marketing activities with distributors and assist with budget management.
- Support solution launches, internal training, distributor training, customer project tracking, and customer validation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on new product introductions to ensure distributor stock is available online by launch date.
- Analyze performance reports and provide recommendations and optimization opportunities.
Requirements
- BA or MA degree in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, industrial, infrastructure, or automotive fields.
- 8+ years of experience focused on applications and semiconductors, with experience in an IC company required.
- Leadership experience with a strategic mindset and the ability to deploy resources toward business goals.
- Strong project management, organizational, problem-solving, communication, and engagement skills.
- Experience working with internal stakeholders, distribution partners, and third-party partners.
- Experience in industrial system integration, project development, marketing, FAE, or related roles, plus go-to-market experience.
