People Analytics Expert (HRIS)

Location: Hybrid role based in Porto, Portugal or Erlangen, Germany

What you will do

• Generate regular and ad-hoc statistical reports covering employee demographics, skills inventory, turnover, and other HR metrics.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends, discrepancies, and actionable insights for internal management.
• Develop and maintain reporting templates and dashboards.
• Maintain personnel records in the HRIS, including job history, compensation, and leave accruals.
• Conduct data audits and cleansing, investigate root causes, and resolve HRIS data inconsistencies.
• Support employee lifecycle processes and the administration and continuous improvement of compensation, benefits, and other core HR programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR Operations, HRIS, HR reporting, or HR Controlling.
• Several years of experience with HR operations and systems, including HRIS platforms, SAP, MS Access, reporting, record keeping, and process improvement.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, accountability, initiative, and independent working skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements and ethical standards.
• Fluent German required.
