What you will do
- Manage freight payment queues and resolve invoice, process, and third-party payment system issues.
- Ensure freight payment terms are achieved and support compliance with accounting, legal, and industry requirements.
- Partner with local operations and global logistics teams to improve freight audit and payment processes.
- Support allocation of global freight expenses to the appropriate general ledger codes.
- Develop and maintain logistics metrics, dashboards, and management reporting materials.
- Identify opportunities for business process automation and use analytics to drive supply chain improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in supply chain, logistics, finance, or data analytics.
- Experience with root cause analysis and issue identification.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, plus reporting tools such as Power BI or Sigma.
- English proficiency is required for communication with the global program management team.
- Strong interpersonal, teamwork, communication, and change facilitation skills across organizational levels.
Nice to have
- At least 1 year of experience with SQL, Python, or VBA for workflow and process automation.
- Familiarity with transportation and supply chain concepts and systems.
- Experience with Oracle Transportation Management.
