CG Artist / Creative Retoucher

Keydev is hiring for its Design Team to create promotional visuals and marketing creatives.

What you will do

• Create high-impact promotional visuals through advanced photo manipulation and artistic retouching.
• Develop key visuals for campaigns, banners, and marketing creatives.
• Build complex compositions by combining multiple elements into cohesive scenes.
• Apply lighting, color grading, atmosphere, and effects, and integrate 3D renders into promotional creatives.
• Turn briefs, references, and abstract concepts into visual solutions while collaborating with design, 3D, and motion teams.
• Adapt creatives for different formats and platforms while maintaining detail, style, and visual storytelling.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in creative retouching, CG art, or promotional design.
• Strong portfolio featuring promotional creatives and key visuals.
• Advanced Adobe Photoshop skills.
• Strong understanding of composition, color, lighting, and visual storytelling.
• Experience with 3D renders and compositing.
• Attention to detail and ability to polish visuals to a high-end quality.

Nice to have

• Experience in performance marketing.
• Experience with AI tools such as Midjourney or Stable Diffusion.
• Basic knowledge of 3D software, including Blender or Cinema 4D.
• Understanding of marketing creatives and user attention patterns.
