Founding Fullstack Software Engineer (AI)

Location: Fully remote across the US, Canada, Europe, UK, Brazil, and LATAM

Salary: $150,000–$200,000 per year plus 1%–3% equity

What you will do

• Own the full stack, including data processing and ingestion, core application logic, and user interfaces.
• Lead product direction and roadmap decisions based on customer feedback and needs.
• Apply AI to real-world use cases.
• Use data to evaluate product performance, iterate quickly, and build on successful approaches.
• Ship product improvements with strong velocity.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of proven experience building products, with a track record of owning products end to end.
• Strong experience with at least one software stack and openness to learning the current stack, including TypeScript and React.
• Experience with technologies such as Rails, Elixir, or Go is applicable.
• Hands-on AI experience and 0-to-1 product-building experience.
• Ability to work through ambiguity, strong product intuition, and experience working remotely.

• Previous experience at a startup or scaleup.
