Workplace Communications Manager

Location: Copenhagen Hub - Løvstræde; hybrid work with an average of 3 days per week in the office. The role may also be based in Billund. This is a 10-month maternity cover, and relocation budget is not supported.

What you will do

• Lead communication for workplace transformation and workplace-related projects from planning through implementation and opening.
• Develop strategic, colleague-facing communication plans across multiple project phases.
• Create communication toolkits, templates, content frameworks, and guidelines for broad organizational use.
• Support local Workplace Operations & Experience teams with practical communication strategies and guidance.
• Strengthen colleague understanding, engagement, and adoption during workplace initiatives and changes.
• Establish scalable communication practices across the global workplace portfolio.

Requirements

• Experience delivering internal or corporate communications programs with measurable outcomes.
• Experience leading end-to-end communication plans across multiple project stages.
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders across geographically dispersed teams.
• Ability to advise senior stakeholders and present communication plans and recommendations to large audiences.
• Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to turn complex initiatives into clear, useful communication.

Nice to have

• Experience applying change management approaches to communication initiatives.
• Experience supporting workplace, real estate, or facilities-related projects.
