RCSA Senior Consultant – Program Reporting & Analytics

What you will do

• Produce recurring and ad hoc RCSA reports, dashboards, scorecards, and management information packs.
• Extract, validate, and analyze ServiceNow and other source-system data to identify trends, themes, emerging risks, and areas requiring management attention.
• Develop and enhance RCSA metrics, KPIs, KRIs, governance reporting, and reporting processes.
• Coordinate reporting schedules and deliverables in line with governance requirements.
• Review data quality, investigate anomalies, and work with data owners to resolve issues.
• Prepare materials for senior management, Business Unit Risk Committees, and other governance forums while supporting new reporting capabilities and system enhancements.

Requirements

• Experience in operational risk, risk management, controls, audit, or compliance.
• Understanding of Risk and Control Self-Assessment methodologies and governance.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Fusion, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting and analytics platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience creating management reports, dashboards, scorecards, and executive presentations.
• Right to work in Ireland is required; employment permit sponsorship is not available.
