AI Video Editor

Location: Remote; candidates listed in Portugal, Spain, Italy, Germany, France, or Sweden; 3+ hours of daily overlap with Central European Time

What you will do

• Edit high-volume Meta ads, including approximately 25 ads and 10 variations daily, plus new concepts for each avatar.
• Produce short-form Instagram content and edit long-form YouTube videos.
• Build and operate an AI-driven pipeline for transcription, clip selection, cropping, captions, assembly, and long-form-to-short-form conversion.
• Use AI avatar, voice, and generative video tools to create clone videos, B-roll, and testimonial-based before-and-after ads.
• Systemize the testimonial database so editors can reuse pre-edited clips and highlights.
• Train existing editors on the AI workflow and share production learnings with the wider editing team.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience running an AI-driven editing workflow using Claude Code or an equivalent platform.
• Experience with AI avatar and AI voice production, such as HeyGen and ElevenLabs.
• Experience with generative AI video tools, such as Seedance, Veo, or Kling.
• Strong short-form direct-response advertising skills, including hooks, pacing, captions, and retention for Meta, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Active practice of tracking and testing new AI video-editing tools.
• Ability to work remotely with at least 3 hours of daily overlap with Central European Time.
