What you will do

• Understand customer businesses and analyze system and product needs.
• Provide technical pre-sales support for complex products, applications, and solutions.
• Develop solutions for advanced technical projects and business issues.
• Manage large projects or functional processes with limited managerial oversight.
• Work with other departments to define strategy and improve processes.
• Coach, review, delegate work to, and provide direction for junior professionals.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of functional experience, including at least 5 years of position-specific experience.
• Advanced technical knowledge and broad understanding of the professional field and related functions.
• Strong knowledge of technical principles, theories, and concepts in a specialized field.
• Ability to solve complex issues independently and influence policies, practices, and procedures.
• A four-year college degree may be required, or equivalent additional relevant experience.
• Ability to comply with U.S. export controls is required because the role involves access to controlled software or technology.
