TL;DR
Microbiologist (Environmental Testing): Conducting microbiological laboratory testing, contamination analysis, microorganism identification, and environmental control validation with an accent on accurate records, protocol development, and regulatory compliance. Focus on identifying contamination sources, initiating corrective actions, maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment, and collecting site samples.
Location: Jubail, Eastern, Saudi Arabia
Salary: SAR 5,000–7,000 per month

What you will do
- Develop and maintain validation protocols for environmental controls.
- Test component samples and incoming ingredients, identify microorganisms and contamination, analyze contamination sources, and initiate corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records and prepare documentation for testing protocols.
- Monitor physiological and morphological characteristics of microorganisms.
- Maintain, calibrate, store, and dispose of samples and laboratory equipment according to scheduled plans.
- Report non-conformances, respond to unsafe conditions, and collect samples from the site.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Microbiology, Environmental Science, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in microbiological laboratory testing and analysis.
- Knowledge of EHS standards, occupational health, and environmental regulations in Saudi Arabia.
- Full-time work in Jubail, Eastern, Saudi Arabia.
