Advisor, Salesforce Business Analyst (Salesforce)

What you will do

• Partner with leaders and subject matter experts across Marketing, Sales, Go-to-Market, Channel/Partner Business, Operations, Customer Support, and Global Services.
• Lead requirements-gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews, translating business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and solution designs.
• Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend scalable Salesforce solutions that improve operational efficiency and user experience.
• Collaborate with Salesforce developers, administrators, solution architects, IT leadership, and business stakeholders throughout the application lifecycle.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing, including test planning, defect tracking, issue resolution, and requirements validation.
• Act as a functional project lead by tracking delivery timelines, aligning stakeholders, and promoting Salesforce platform standards and best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, Salesforce Administrator, or in a related CRM functional role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, fields, relationships, page layouts, Flow and automation, validation rules, reports, dashboards, security, permissions, sharing, and data quality.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and the ability to translate stakeholder needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Experience with Agile and/or Scrum delivery methodologies and Salesforce Certified Administrator status.
