Location: European Headquarters in Oegstgeest, the Netherlands. Full-time onsite role with hybrid work options available for most positions.
Salary: β¬102,550ββ¬164,080 per year.

What you will do
- Develop and execute the strategic direction and annual projects for the filmic materials spend portfolio across Europe.
- Lead strategic sourcing, commercial negotiations, vendor management, procurement agreements, and supplier onboarding.
- Partner with Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Operations, and Procurement teams to build multi-year roadmaps for innovation and competitive advantage.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities, maintain a pipeline of new materials and supplier capabilities, and improve total cost of ownership.
- Ensure raw material availability and quality while reducing business continuity risks and improving service value.
- Scan the market and supply base to support supplier-driven innovation and provide external market intelligence.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs or Masterβs degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in a similar function within an international industrial environment.
- Proven experience with complex strategic sourcing, vendor selection and management, large negotiations, contracts, and commercial agreements.
- Experience managing multiple projects and programs, including proactive risk management and agile negotiation strategies.
- Resin and film raw material knowledge is preferred.
- Excellent English in written, spoken, and presentation contexts, plus willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
