TL;DR
Senior / Lead IFS HCM Consultant (IGT1) (IFS Cloud/HCM): Leading end-to-end implementation and support of HCM processes, from solution design and configuration through Go-Live, hypercare, and post-implementation support with an accent on Core HR, payroll, time and attendance, and leave management. Focus on HR data migration, system integrations, payroll compliance, testing, stakeholder engagement, and L2/L3 support.
Location: Port City, Western Province, Sri Lanka; hybrid work options available

What you will do
- Lead HR Fit-to-Standard workshops and design HCM solutions in Cloud.
- Configure Core HR, payroll, Time & Attendance, and Leave Management modules.
- Drive HR data migration, validation, payroll testing, and statutory compliance activities.
- Support integrations with biometric systems, payroll interfaces, and finance platforms.
- Lead SIT, UAT, Go-Live, hypercare, and post-implementation support.
- Provide L2/L3 support, continuous improvement, stakeholder engagement, and training.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 7+ years of ERP HR/HCM consulting experience.
- Proven delivery experience with Applications or Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of hire-to-retire HR processes, payroll, and statutory compliance.
- Experience with data migration, payroll testing, Go-Live support, and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong training and communication capabilities.
