What you will do

• Design, develop, and automate financial and executive dashboards and reports in Tableau.
• Build data models, pipelines, data flows, and transformation workflows for automated reporting.
• Create processes that allow multiple business areas to independently upload and update data.
• Develop visualizations for actuals, budgets, forecasts, scenarios, P&L reporting, and period-over-period variances.
• Consolidate data across diverse sources, entities, and business structures, including exchange-rate analysis.
• Optimize dashboard, query, and update-process performance while validating data quality and integrity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience developing Tableau dashboards and reports.
• Demonstrated ability to create visualizations from scratch rather than only consume or maintain existing reports.
• Experience designing data pipelines, data flows, and automated reporting processes.
• Experience with Business Intelligence and Analytics projects.
• Experience working directly with Finance, FP&A, or Financial Control users.
• Experience with financial reporting topics including planning, consolidation, multi-entity analysis, and financial and operational performance indicators.
