Nursing Faculty (Healthcare Education)

Location: St. Louis, Missouri, USA; full-time campus-based role

Salary: $75,000–$96,736.53 per year, plus a $15,000 sign-on bonus.

What you will do

• Teach assigned nursing courses in classroom, online, clinical, laboratory, and simulation settings, including flexible evening and weekend classes.
• Develop and implement curriculum, course materials, technology-enabled instruction, and evidence-based learning experiences.
• Evaluate student performance, provide timely feedback and remediation, and support student success.
• Lead or support clinical, laboratory, and simulation learning while connecting theory to safe, ethical, and professional practice.
• Mentor students and new faculty and collaborate with faculty, academic leaders, clinical partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Participate in committees, graduation activities, program evaluation, professional service, scholarship, and ongoing development.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in nursing required; a PhD in an appropriate field is preferred.
• Current, unencumbered professional nurse licensure in Missouri or eligibility to obtain it.
• At least two years of clinical nursing experience.
• Experience or expertise with learning management systems, simulation equipment, online platforms, and AI-enabled teaching tools.
• Strong communication, initiative, judgment, conflict management, collaboration, and emotional and social intelligence.
• Maintain required regulatory, practice, and clinical compliance credentials and meet applicable state authorization requirements.
