What you will do
- Manage small to medium client engagements valued at $100K–$500K.
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and according to client expectations.
- Monitor progress, manage risks, communicate outcomes, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Direct, motivate, and mentor project and client engagement teams.
- Build relationships with engagement teams and identify additional client opportunities.
- Support an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performance working environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in accounting, business administration, economics, finance, computer science, mathematics, management information systems, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in project management and business process improvement.
- Understanding of project management methodologies and experience leading project teams.
- Strong interpersonal, written, verbal, presentation, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to collaborate with clients and other professional service areas and exercise mature judgment in high-pressure situations.
