Lead QA

Location: Johannesburg, South Africa. Full-time, office-based role. Ramping takes place in Mumbai for the 130HC go-live.

What you will do

• Complete assigned customer transaction evaluations and document findings accurately.
• Attend internal and external calibration sessions as assigned.
• Monitor service quality and performance to support customer satisfaction.
• Build professional relationships with clients, employees, and team members, understand needs, and resolve issues.
• Prepare timely and accurate reports for management.
• Analyze quality data and observations to develop effective improvement strategies and support KPI performance.

Requirements

• At least six months of experience in process transformation.
• Ability to work with MS Office.
• Strong analytical skills, including data interpretation, trend identification, and improvement recommendations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and build professional rapport.
• Team-oriented and proactive approach.
