Associate Director, Process Chemistry (External Manufacturing)

Salary: $141,500–$268,500 per year

What you will do

• Lead process development and external manufacturing strategies for small molecules, t-LNPs, peptides, and ADC clinical assets.
• Manage development and manufacturing activities across a global network of CROs and CDMOs.
• Guide external partners and cross-functional teams to ensure reliable, high-quality, and cost-effective supply.
• Support CMC planning, budget stewardship, phase-gate governance, and supplier relationship management.
• Represent hirify.global in strategic partnerships and in-licensing activities.
• Manage multiple preclinical through cPOC programs in a matrixed environment.

Requirements

• Advanced expertise in early- and mid-stage process development and process chemistry.
• Strong technical judgment and scientific credibility in synthetic molecule CMC development.
• Ability to lead external partners and influence cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, development timelines, budgets, and manufacturing deliverables.
• Master’s degree or MBA qualification is listed for the position.
