AML CIP/KYC Associate (AML/KYC)

Salary: $61,500–$98,300 USD per year

What you will do

• Review client files for compliance with AML policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements during new wealth management account openings.
• Work with front office teams to resolve queries and facilitate account-opening reviews.
• Provide functional knowledge and support regarding AML laws, rules, and standards.
• Identify and escalate regulatory compliance risks to Global AML management.
• Support the resolution of compliance issues, including actions related to regulatory examinations and audit findings.
• Analyze information using established procedures and exercise judgment to resolve standard problems.

Requirements

• Knowledge of financial institution regulatory and compliance requirements, including AML, Customer Identification Program, Enhanced Due Diligence, Know Your Customer, and economic sanctions regulations.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to document completed work and summarize findings clearly.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
