Manager, GBS - Finance Intelligence AI (Finance AI deployment and enablement): Deploying and scaling Finance AI agents, pipelines, and shared frameworks for business users with an accent on release governance, enablement, documentation, and adoption measurement. Focus on coordinating readiness gates, maintaining agent catalogs and prompt libraries, managing data governance controls, and supporting Finance teams through AI adoption.
Location: Mexico City - Antara Tower A - 5th Floor - Local Office

A global organization with a Finance function deploying AI agents, pipelines, and shared architecture frameworks across multiple business pillars.
What you will do
- Own the deployment pipeline for validated Finance AI agents and tools across Finance business users.
- Create user guides, onboarding materials, training content, and documentation for independent use of AI tools.
- Manage the Finance AI intake, release queue, sequencing, and readiness coordination with the Infrastructure & Agents Manager.
- Maintain architecture decision records, prompt libraries, an agent catalog, and deployment version documentation.
- Track adoption, active users, usage, error rates, and escalations, and feed insights back to architecture and domain teams.
- Coordinate change management, deployment governance, access controls, data classification, and audit artifacts with Finance, IT, Information Security, and Internal Audit.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or technical program management, including 1–2 years deploying or scaling AI/ML or analytics tools for business users.
- Ability to read Snowflake pipelines, Python code, and agent configurations.
- Experience with deployment pipelines, release processes, or MLOps workflows for enterprise data or AI products.
- Experience driving adoption of technical tools among non-technical users and creating effective enablement content.
- Understanding of data governance, access controls, and audit documentation for AI deployment in a SOX-regulated finance environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field, plus experience managing or mentoring at least one person.
