Director, Warranty Data Governance

Location: Jeffersonville, Indiana, United States; primarily in the office

What you will do

• Lead governance, oversight, and management of warranty data activities across North America.
• Oversee data operations, support tickets, reporting, and business intelligence needs.
• Develop data strategy covering data warehouses, data lakes, storage, and data retrieval.
• Lead and develop data analysts, data subject matter experts, and data stewards across onshore and offshore teams.
• Manage operational and IT budget inputs, ROI tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with clients, senior leadership, internal stakeholders, and external partners on data reviews and improvements.

Requirements

• Five or more years of leadership experience, or equivalent work experience in lieu of the degree requirement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Data Sciences, Analytics, or a related field.
• Advanced to expert experience with SQL, Power BI, SSAS, SSRS, AWS Cloud, SharePoint, Teams, and related tools.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, CoPilot, Snowflake, cloud data ecosystems, and business intelligence platforms.
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality, privacy, security, data modeling, Responsible AI, audits, and technology product delivery.
• Experience leading onshore and offshore data teams and applying systems thinking, process mapping, and root-cause analysis.
