Fiduciary Specialist, Foundations & Institutional Advisors (Wealth Management): Managing fiduciary and agency relationships for foundations, charitable entities, and institutional trusts with an accent on fiduciary governance, client advisory, and risk management. Focus on analyzing complex client needs, navigating tax and regulatory changes, resolving fiduciary risk issues, and advising institutional clients and internal advisors.
Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States; full-time onsite position.
Salary: $114,500–$194,700 USD per year, plus a discretionary bonus program that may include equity.

What you will do
- Manage fiduciary and agency relationships for wealth management foundations and institutional clients.
- Work with clients and professional advisors to understand goals, governing documents, account agreements, and fiduciary duties.
- Provide advice on financial products and services, emerging issues, tax and regulatory changes, and appropriate client actions.
- Identify and resolve fiduciary risk issues while applying internal policies, procedures, and prudent risk management practices.
- Advise Client Advisors on fiduciary matters and teach, mentor, and support less experienced partners.
- Travel to meet clients when appropriate and support fiduciary-related projects, onboarding, training, and relationship development.
Requirements
- College or university degree and/or relevant proven work experience.
- 7–10 years of experience in fiduciary servicing or related fields.
- Knowledge of fiduciary and financial products and services, investments, tax, legal matters, operations, applicable laws, and regulations.
- Strong understanding of tax-exempt entities, foundations, charitable entities, or institutional trusts.
- Negotiation, problem-solving, delegation, leadership, sales, communication, and consensus-building skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Juris Doctor degree with solid experience administering institutional trusts.
- Extensive experience with foundations, charitable entities, or institutional trusts.
