Salary: $201,810–$382,600 annually

What you will do

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for the Risk Advisory practice, including business planning, financial performance, resource allocation, and client service quality.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing plans, pursue new clients, expand existing relationships, and lead proposal activities.
• Advise asset management clients on operational risk, enterprise risk management, internal audit, SOX compliance, technology risks, processes, and controls.
• Review processes and controls against industry frameworks, identify design and execution gaps, and deliver recommendations for improvements.
• Prepare executive summaries and final reports, review engagement workpapers, and lead presentations for internal and external audiences.
• Build and develop the practice team through supervision, mentoring, training, feedback, and increasingly complex assignments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Accounting Information Systems, or a related field.
• CPA, CIA, or an equivalent professional designation.
• 10+ years of experience in risk advisory, internal or external audit, business process reengineering, and/or internal controls, including internal audit experience in asset management.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience, including mentoring and counseling associates.
• Proven success building and growing a Risk Advisory practice, client base, team, and revenue.
• Proven business development experience in the asset management industry across the Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York region; ability to travel as needed for client engagements.
