What you will do
- Operate and configure databases including SQL Server, MySQL, MariaDB, and NoSQL systems.
- Manage database performance through query and index tuning and metric monitoring.
- Manage data and automate operational processes.
- Build automated data collection and preprocessing pipelines.
- Perform database backup and disaster recovery operations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience operating and installing databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, MariaDB, or NoSQL systems.
- Proficiency in Linux environments with mandatory Shell and Python scripting skills.
- Experience building automated data collection and preprocessing pipelines.
- Ability to manage database backup and disaster recovery.
- Full-time work from the Seoul office is required.
Nice to have
- Experience with cloud data warehouses such as GCP BigQuery, AWS Redshift or Athena, Snowflake, or Databricks.
- Experience building and operating ETL pipelines.
- Strong understanding of the gaming industry and experience with user behavior analytics.
