Group Lead, GBS - FP&A Global Excellence (FP&A process transformation): Designing and standardizing global FP&A processes, policies, tools, and service delivery across business units and regions with an accent on budgeting, forecasting, reporting, governance, and operational efficiency. Focus on leading GBS expansion, implementing best practices, driving automation, and coordinating complex transformation initiatives across a matrixed multinational organization.

What you will do
- Develop and execute the FP&A strategy within the GBS in partnership with the FP&A Global Process Lead.
- Design, lead, and implement standardized global FP&A processes, templates, and best practices.
- Drive harmonization across budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and performance analysis.
- Identify opportunities to migrate additional FP&A activities into the GBS model and support new deployments.
- Define global FP&A policies, controls, governance frameworks, and process documentation.
- Own or co-own FP&A tools and champion automation and digital solutions with IT, Digital Finance, and external vendors.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, business controllership, process excellence, or a related finance area.
- Experience managing FP&A processes and service delivery in a GBS or shared services environment.
- Experience leading global process design initiatives, preferably in a multinational food or consumer goods company.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, engineering, or a related field.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and project management skills in a matrixed organization.
- Proficiency in Excel, FP&A systems such as OneStream, Board, or Anaplan, ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle, and analytical tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree, MBA, or finance certification such as CFA, CPA, CMA, or CFPA.
- Expertise in process automation, digital transformation, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
