Process Engineer Intern

Location: Panama City, Panama; onsite attendance required for 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, throughout the internship.

What you will do

• Support the creation of project-related materials.
• Improve process documentation, procedures, guides, and work instructions.
• Develop engineering solutions, project cost estimates, and budgets.
• Perform detailed design of processing equipment.
• Coordinate information flow between sales, project teams, suppliers, and logistics.
• Support continuous improvement, operational indicator monitoring, and area control activities.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Expected graduation in December 2027 or later.
• Availability for the full internship from January 18 to December 13, 2027, with daily commuting to the Panama City site.

Hiring process

• Application review from August 31 to September 25, 2026.
• Video interview from September 7 to October 16, followed by interviews from October 19 to October 30.
• Admission is scheduled for November 2 to November 27, with a start date of January 18, 2027.
