Location: Richland, Washington, United States; work is conducted predominantly on-site at the Hanford Field Office and Hanford Site, with limited remote support subject to approval.

What you will do

  • Administer travel systems and provide policy guidance.
  • Review travel vouchers and perform financial reconciliations.
  • Prepare analytics and compliance reports for finance and administration activities.
  • Develop spend dashboards for leadership reporting.
  • Support program and project management activities for DOE Environmental Management operations.
  • Coordinate approved travel in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations.

Requirements

  • 4–7+ years of experience with travel and finance systems.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent; finance or administration training is helpful.
  • Experience with travel systems, reconciliations, Excel, and reporting.
  • Accuracy, timeliness, service orientation, organization, communication, and sound judgment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; advanced Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word skills are preferred for the role.
  • Ability to work predominantly on-site at the Hanford Field Office and Hanford Site in Richland, Washington.

Nice to have

  • Environmental Management sector experience.
  • DOE or federal experience.
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat, data analytics tools, and Visio.
