Procurement Indirect Specialist / Buyer

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end procurement for indirect categories including Marketing, Trade Marketing, Leases & Rentals, People, and Legal across Hispanic Countries in Latin America.
• Develop and implement regional procurement and strategic sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with Marketing, Legal, Operations, People, R&D, and other stakeholders to define service needs and select suppliers.
• Build relationships with strategic, local, regular, and spot suppliers while monitoring performance, compliance, and service levels.
• Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements, lead supplier business reviews, and drive savings and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage supplier master data and support supply security, optimal footprint solutions, and service-level objectives.

Requirements

• More than 3 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on indirect categories.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Intermediate English is required.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to communicate, influence decision-makers, analyze market trends, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in FMCG or a multinational environment.
• Knowledge of SAP Ariba.
