What you will do

• Manage claims through successful and timely resolution.
• Interact with policyholders, insurers, brokers, lawyers, adjusters, professionals, and other third parties.
• Manage an autonomous casebook, maintaining file accuracy and controlling supplier expenses.
• Collaborate with the team and external service providers to maintain claims service standards.
• Work in line with hirify.global's ethical and customer service standards.
• Develop professionally within the insurance sector.

Requirements

• University studies in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, in progress.
• At least two years of insurance knowledge and experience.
• Flexibility, initiative, communication, teamwork, analytical thinking, and negotiation skills.
• English at an intermediate level, written and spoken.
• Computer tools proficiency.
• Primarily in-office collaboration in Quito is required.
