TL;DR
Associate Lead - Quality Assurance Engineer (Selenium/C#): Designing and executing manual and automated tests for cloud ERP Distribution modules with an accent on complex business workflows, regression coverage, and test automation. What you will do
- Design, develop, and execute test plans, cases, and scenarios.
- Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing for ERP Distribution modules.
- Develop and maintain automated web application tests with Selenium WebDriver and C#.
- Validate complex workflows covering inventory documents, sales and purchase orders, shipments, and related distribution processes.
- Document and track defects in Jira while collaborating with developers and business analysts to clarify requirements and ensure coverage.
- Improve QA processes, automation coverage, execution efficiency, and test activities using AI tools.
Requirements
- Degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or an equivalent qualification.
- At least 4 years of manual and automated QA experience, preferably with cloud-based software.
- Experience automating and documenting web application tests using C#, Java, or Python.
- Strong understanding of QA processes, testing techniques, best practices, and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, oral, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
