Head of Auto Claims

What you will do

• Lead the Auto Claims teams and deliver strategy aligned with country and global claims priorities.
• Manage relationships and operational coordination with profit centres, regional offices, distribution channels, and business partners.
• Improve Personal Insurance Claims structures, systems, workflows, and operational efficiency.
• Oversee claims quality, performance standards, service levels, reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Control claims costs, team expenses, resources, and budget performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, licenses, agreements, risk policies, audits, controls, and ERM procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Extensive experience in claims management.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, people management, and influencing skills.
• Well-developed negotiation skills.
• Calm and assertive approach to handling complaints.
