Focus on designing scenario-based curricula, conducting drills and simulations, aligning response structures with the Incident Command System, and improving practices through incident reviews and regulatory monitoring.

What you will do

  • Serve as the technical expert for emergency planning, preparedness, and response involving hazardous electronics specialty gases.
  • Advise on gas behavior, release scenarios, hazard zones, PPE selection, monitoring, isolation, response limitations, and disposal.
  • Evaluate emergency response implications of new products, mixtures, supply modes, cylinders, tube trailers, bulk supply, and customer fab interfaces.
  • Design, deliver, maintain, and improve scenario-based emergency response training for operators, technicians, response teams, and leadership.
  • Plan and support tabletop exercises, functional drills, field simulations, qualification training, and refresher training.
  • Collaborate with EHS, operations, product safety, engineering, process safety, commercial teams, public responders, and the Global Emergency Response Lead.

Requirements

  • At least 15 years of demonstrated experience in emergency planning, preparedness, and response for electronics specialty gases.
  • Practical knowledge of electronics specialty gas hazards, equipment, and components used for onsite and offsite emergency response.
  • Established external emergency response networks across the electronics industry.
  • Ability to explain complex technical topics clearly to non-experts, verbally and in writing.
  • Fluent English and the local language required.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
