Organisational Change Management Lead (SAP)

Location: Freshwater, Australia; full-time onsite role

What you will do

• Lead the organisational change strategy across a major ANZ transformation program.
• Partner with senior leaders and business stakeholders to build alignment, engagement, and ownership.
• Assess business and people impacts and translate them into practical change and readiness plans.
• Lead communications, engagement, training, and adoption activities across impacted teams.
• Build change capability and networks to support sustainable adoption.
• Track change progress, priorities, readiness risks, and barriers for program leadership.

Requirements

• Experience leading organisational change, business transformation, or large-scale implementation programs.
• Strong understanding of business processes, operating models, and the impact of change on people and teams.
• Proven ability to influence and partner with senior leaders and diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to translate complex business change into practical communication, readiness, training, and adoption plans.
• Pragmatic, collaborative approach with confidence operating in a complex, matrixed environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP, ERP, or other large-scale technology-enabled transformations.
